Data processed: account data (name, email, language and time zone), collection content, technical data required to operate the service and security logs. Images sent to the scanner are processed to provide the requested identification and are not used for unrelated purposes.

Purposes and legal bases: provide the scanner, catalogue and collection (contract or pre-contractual steps); secure accounts and prevent abuse (legitimate interest); comply with legal obligations; measure usage with Google Analytics only after consent.

Processors: OVH for hosting, Keycloak for authentication and Google Analytics for analytics when you allow it. Providers only receive data required for their service and must comply with applicable law.

Retention: account and collection data are kept while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised when it is closed unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Technical logs are kept for a limited period proportionate to security needs.
