PokeScania lets you scan Pokémon cards, browse a public catalogue and, with an account, manage a personal collection. The service is free and may evolve or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

The normalised image is cached with CACHED status and a configured one-hour expiry. Physical deletion is scheduled and retryable, with no absolute duration guarantee. You may explicitly and voluntarily contribute a result: the same technical record is promoted to PENDING with a configured 90-day expiry, without a link to your account or collection. This period applies to the normalised image and technical row. An authorised administrator can accept or reject the contribution. Acceptance deletes the S3 image and its key; no user embedding is created and the technical row moves to ACCEPTED. Dashboard rejection or deletion of an already ACCEPTED contribution is a no-op, and expiry purge may mark the technical row DELETED. Rejection of a contribution still under review deletes the image and moves the technical record to terminal DELETED status. There is no self-service deletion token; contact support at [email protected], without a promise that support can find a contribution without an identifier.

You must comply with the law, not bypass security controls, not upload unlawful content and not attempt to disrupt the scanner, API or authentication.
